First time guests
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete your client card.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee is applicable if appointments are not kept or if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.
Late arrivals
Please arrive promptly so as not to compromise other clients’ experience.  Late comers may enjoy the time remaining of their treatment but will be charged for the full treatment as booked.
